When we say we produce "Meaningful Makeup" we really do mean it!  While au naturale's primary mission is to bring you high quality, pure cosmetics that do not compromise your health or our environment,  it is our philanthropic efforts that bring meaning to your beauty.   At Au Naturale, we strongly believe that through empowerment we can all benefit by making our world and communities a better place for us and the future.  Au Naturale's vision is to empower women, girls, and our global community to flourish in a positive, healthy, and productive world.

Supporting au naturale also means that you're supporting these philanthropic efforts.  One such effort is our partnership with Zambia Open Community Schools (ZOCS).  Ashley worked closely with ZOCS while attending St. Norbert College, witnessing the extraordinary people leading this organization and the children who benefit from their difficult mission.  The sub-Saharan country of Zambia cannot afford to give its children the luxury of public education.  Costly private institutions do exist in the region, but few can afford admission.  Sadly, girls and orphans are too often the last in line and go without an education.  But they are given priority access to ZOCS schools.  When the forgotten children of society become empowered through education, they are more likely to lift up their community and become stronger. 

Ten percent of au naturale's sales help fund ZOCS, and as our company grows, so will our outreach to other non-profit organizations.  We will keep you updated on the progress we are making with ZOCS and other partnerships on this page, and in our blog.
